First, check your spam folder. Our account confirmation emails are sent via an automated system and can sometimes be stopped by some spam filters.
If it's not in your spam folder (and more than a few minutes have passed since you completed the signup form) then perhaps you misspelled your email address when completing the signup form. Try completing the signup form again.
