There are two deployment methods that you can use to enable end users to view and play your published Guidethroughs.
- Use the Guidethrough code snippet - especially useful when you have access to the code for the web applications and websites (see knowledge base article: How to install the Guidethrough code snippet - for when you have access to your web app or website's HTML code); and
- Use Guidethrough's Player Chrome Extension for when you don't have access to the code for your web applications. We will cover how to install the Player here.
Guidethrough's Player Chrome Extension is specific to your organisation and is ideal for using Guidethrough to support end users of your enterprise web applications such as Salesforce.com, Workday, SAP, Oracle and more since you would not have access to the code for these web applications and so can't use the Guidethrough code snippet deployment method.

If your organisation prefers, Guidethrough can also privately publish your Player extension to Chrome's Web Store which enables a very convenient and easy deployment (and subsequent upgrade) method for your end users.
Because your Player is published privately, it would only be available to your own users and not publicly searchable on CWS
Whichever Guidethrough Player deployment option you choose, now whenever an end user is using your enterprise web applications, they will be able to play your published Guidethroughs.
