If you have finished using the Guidethrough Developer Chrome Extension for the moment, there are three options for making the extension inactive.
You can either;
1. Minimise the Guidethrough Sidebar so that it is still available when needed.
Just click on the left chevrons to minimise.
This minimises the Guidethrough Developer Extension to a tab.
To re-open, ready to use, simply click on the G tab.
2. Make Guidethrough dormant
Click once on the Guidethrough G logo in your Chrome browser toolbar to make Guidethrough inactive (to reactivate Guidethrough, again simply click once on the G icon)
3. Deactivate it through the Chrome browser toolbar
